HOW LONG CAN I JOIN FOR?
We have a minimum commitment period of 3 months, but you can stay as long as you would like to!

(The 3 month minimum only applies to our 1-1 coaching, our "programs only" option has no minimum)

HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK SHOULD I TRAIN?
It depends on your experience, goal and how much time you have available. It’s very possible to fit your workouts around a busy lifestyle. When you join you’ll complete a questionnaire where you can let me know how many workouts you think you can fit in per week, and I will design the most effective workout split around that. However, I usually recommend between 3-5 workouts per week for the best results.

HOW FAST CAN I EXPECT TO GET AN ANSWER?
You will be contacted within 48 hours of submitting your application.

CAN I JOIN FROM ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD?
Yes! We coach people all over the world.

CAN I WORKOUT FROM HOME?
Absolutely, your workout program will be designed personally for you therefore you can workout wherever you want to. We just recommend getting some resistance bands and small dumbbells for home workouts!

CAN ANYONE JOIN?
Yes! we work with women of all ages, backgrounds and goals. Whether you want to tone up, lose weight, build muscle or just live a healthier lifestyle we will design a program specifically for you and your goals.

However, we work with over 18s only.
